Poland’s president accuses Tusk of forced takeover of country’s top court

Polish President Karol Nawrocki accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of a forced takeover of the Constitutional Tribunal after its president, Bogdan Swieczkowski, was suspended by judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska.
