Migration court rules that new Swedish citizenship requirements apply to pending applications

A Swedish Migration Court has ruled that the Migration Agency was right to reject citizenship for an applicant who failed to meet the new eight-year residency requirement, despite him qualifying under the requirements in place when he applied.
