MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine government’s efforts to repatriate former Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Elizaldy Co and former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, whom it considers fugitives, are not an act of political oppression, Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida said Thursday.
