MANILA, Philippines — Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon will testify in the trial of former lawmaker Zaldy Co and his co-accused on graft charges in connection with alleged anomalous flood control project in Mindoro, the Sandiganbayan said on Wednesday.
