Days after EU sanctions, Russian social network VK agrees to sell its RuStore app store to the head of the company that developed it

VK has agreed to sell 100 percent of the RuStore app store to Dmitry Pankrushev, the chief executive of the company that develops it, the company said in a press release Thursday.
