Notice alleges failure to curb midnight firecrackers in Bengaluru

Retired IAS officer M.G. Devasahayam served a legal notice on Bengaluru's top police officials alleging failure to enforce the Supreme Court ban on firecrackers between 10 pm and 6 am.
