Delhi HC lets teen rape survivor terminate at 31 weeks as a ‘human right’

The Delhi High Court permitted a 16-year-old rape survivor to terminate her 31-week pregnancy, ruling it a human right. The court said forcing the minor to give birth would violate her dignity.
