Plea in Calcutta HC challenges delimitation of Kolkata civic wards

A Kolkata resident from Kasba has moved the Calcutta High Court challenging the delimitation of wards in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, alleging that topography, population differences and boundaries were not properly considered.
