Paying cash for parking? pay double: NDMC proposes steep hike in rates

NDMC has proposed revising parking tariffs in Lutyens' Delhi, raising off-street four-wheeler rates from Rs 20 to Rs 30 per hour and on-street rates from Rs 50 to Rs 70.
