A Bengaluru social activist, Parashurama Neel Nayak, has complained to the Governor, the Chief Secretary and the Transport Commissioner about alleged irregularities in the Karnataka Transport Department's Motor Vehicle Inspector promotions, questioning educational and experience certificates and changes to promotion criteria.
