A 26-year-old Nepali worker, Ganeshkumar, was stabbed to death during a card game in Perungudi, Chennai, police said. Police allege the suspect fled a hospital after doctors questioned him about the injury.
The killing happened in a residential pocket of the IT corridor, and the suspect remains at large. Disputes during money games can escalate fast in crowded worker neighbourhoods.
