Man held for cheating Delhi cop of Rs 24 lakh in investment scam

Central district cyber police have arrested 26-year-old Vikrant Kumar, alias Vicky Tomar, of Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh for cheating a Delhi Police woman constable of about Rs 24 lakh with promises of high investment returns.
