NDA leaders Varla Ramaiah, Chillapalli Srinivas and Paturi Nagabhushanam complained to the State Election Commission in Vijayawada on Saturday, alleging YSRCP cadres were staging incidents such as tearing their own nomination papers and attacking police to delay local body elections out of fear of losing.
