A car allegedly struck and dragged Ranjit Kumar Sahu, 25, about 100 metres in Pragathinagar near Electronic City on October 21. He died at a Madiwala hospital, police said.
The victim was a PG worker in a busy Bengaluru neighbourhood, and the clash reportedly began over a common road-safety gesture. It highlights the danger pedestrians face from speeding vehicles and road rage.
