Pune Secures 8,883 sqm Defence Land to Widen North Main Road

What happened

The Pune Municipal Corporation secured permission to use 8,883.24 sqm of defence land at Ghorpadi to widen North Main Road to 30 metres.

This corridor carries daily traffic between Koregaon Park, Mundhwa, Kalyaninagar and Hadapsar station. A wider road could cut commute times for workers, students and businesses along the stretch.
