Dr Sajjan Singh Yadav has been appointed Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmir Vision reported. The Chief Secretary heads the UT's civil administration and senior bureaucracy.
Top bureaucratic appointments shape how government services, clearances, and disaster response are run in Union Territories. Such changes often signal shifts in administrative priorities.
Watch for the official appointment order and taking-charge date from the J&K government.
