Jammu Kashmir High Court Directs Fresh Passport for Minor After Finding DOB Correction Wrongly Denied

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has directed that a fresh passport be issued to a minor, after finding that the correction of the child’s date of birth had been wrongly denied by the authorities concerned.
