The India Semiconductor Mission’s Chief Technology Officer stated that a quantum computing cluster is emerging in Andhra Pradesh, while semiconductor fabrication (Fab) and ATMP (assembly, testing, marking, and packaging) hubs are emerging in Gujarat and Bhubaneswar.
