Gadkari says he got 92% of votes from 'underworld, red-light' areas in Nagpur, 75% from educated localities

Nitin Gadkari said he received 92% of votes from areas he described as “underworld, red-light” localities in Nagpur, compared with 75% of votes from educated localities, according to a Moneycontrol report.
