Pune Court Says Criticism of CM, Govt is Not Waging War Against Nation, Grants Bail to NCP (SP) Functionary

A Pune court ruled that criticizing the chief minister and government does not amount to waging war against the nation. It also granted bail to a functionary of the Nationalist Congress Party (SP).
