The United States sanctioned Indian citizens Suniel Kumar Sharma, Jaspreet Preeti Shahid, Ashwani Kumar Dhiman and Ishwinder Singh, plus nine linked entities, alleging they ran a network providing false flags and fake maritime certifications to vessels transporting Iranian petroleum.
