SIR controversy: Election Commission says all three members approved orders, denies amending Form 6

The Election Commission has told the Supreme Court that all three SIR orders, issued on 24 June 2025, 27 October 2025 and 14 May 2026, were approved unanimously by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.
