A dispute has erupted in Bengaluru over Mysuru Dasara after Superintendent of Police CB Rishyanth allegedly stopped three Dalit ministers from joining the Nandi Dhwaja puja near the Kote Anjaneya Swamy temple during the Jamboo Savari procession on October 21.
