Govt extends deadlines for FY26 annual filing, waives additional fees for companies

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has let companies file financial statements through AOC-4 forms, including XBRL and NBFC versions, without additional fees until December 31, 2026, and annual returns through MGT-7 and MGT-7A until January 31, 2027.
