The Mohali district consumer commission has ordered Dr Harleen's Dentofacial Aesthetic Academy to refund ₹1 lakh to Karamjeet Kaur within 30 days, plus ₹10,000 as compensation, after she enrolled in a facial aesthetics and cosmetology course but got none of the promised practical training.
