Mohali builder to hand over Zirakpur flat, pay 11% interest for delay

Punjab RERA has set aside Sushma Buildtech's cancellation of a Zirakpur flat and directed the developer to hand over possession after getting a completion certificate, paying 11% annual interest on ₹36 lakh for the delay.
