Odisha moves SC after Andhra Pradesh notifies panchayat polls in disputed Kotia villages

Odisha has moved the Supreme Court against Andhra Pradesh's decision to conduct panchayat elections in three villages of the disputed Kotia region on the inter-state border, which both states claim.
