Mumbai's anti-terror squad has arrested a 33-year-old Rapido bike-taxi rider, identified in reports as Mohammad Hasan Abu Sarmad Akhtar, over alleged Jaish-e-Mohammed links, after a WhatsApp group, a Telegram channel and audio clips of the outfit's chief Masood Azhar brought him to their notice.
