When 26-year-old P Janarthanan, a first-year student of the Master of Public Health in Health Administration (MPH-HA) at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), collapsed after complaining of breathlessness during a class at the institute’s Deonar campus, the nearest hospital was only a few kilometres away.
