‘Employee no slave’: Patna High Court reinstates SBI officer ‘forced’ to resign

Observing that an employee cannot be treated as a “slave”, the Patna High Court has reinstated an SBI officer who was declared to have voluntarily resigned after he remained absent from work due to illness.
