The Haryana government on Tuesday carried out a major shuffle of IAS officers effecting changes in the town and country planning, excise and taxation, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and urban local bodies (ULBs) department.
