The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) on Tuesday suspended food licences of 40 restaurants and eateries, including Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick, Kareem’s, Dada Boudi Hotel, Don Giovannis and Girish Chandra Dey, for food safety violations following a week-long drive during Food Safety Week.
