Two days after a building housing students in South Delhi’s Satya Niketan collapsed, killing seven persons, the Supreme Court Tuesday indicated it may transfer to itself a matter related to unauthorised and unsafe constructions, which is being heard by the Delhi High Court, and said it intends to lay down pan-India guidelines.
