The Kerala State Human Rights Commission (KSHRC) has directed the Idukki District Collector, the Munnar Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), and the Local Self-Government department (LSGD) Joint Director to conduct an immediate investigation into allegations that Edamalakkudy, the State’s first tribal panchayat, is facing a severe crisis.
