The Kochi Corporation has demanded a fresh agreement with revised terms favorable to it before it will allow the stalled biomedical waste treatment plant, proposed by Clean Kerala Company under a Public‑Private Partnership, to resume work on 1 acre of its land at Brahmapuram.
